Growth Engineer

Remote · 8am–5pm UK · Full-time · Competitive base salary + 2.5% uncapped revenue share

PacedRevenue is a GTM infrastructure firm focused on transforming revenue generation from guesswork into a predictable system for Seed to Series B companies. We build, execute and streamline go-to-market strategies that help companies unlock higher revenue and valuation tiers.

We're entering a phase of rapid scale and are looking for a Growth Engineer to architect and own our internal customer acquisition engine, engineer PacedRevenue into a category leader, deliver client outcomes, and own the client relationship from onboarding through renewal as the primary point of contact.

This is not a traditional growth marketing role. We're not looking for someone to manage social calendars or run brand-awareness campaigns. We want a technical marketer, systems builder and client manager who is obsessed with leverage, skilled across the LinkedIn, Google and Meta ad platforms, and proficient with allbound B2B strategies. You'll work directly with the founders to architect and execute the systems that drive our revenue and client outcomes.

This is a full-time, fully remote role. Working hours are 8am to 5pm UK time.

Day-to-day

  • Monitor and optimise live paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google and Meta
  • Run client check-ins and status updates as the main point of contact
  • Build and maintain outbound sequences and automations (Zapier, Make, Clay)
  • Report performance and pipeline metrics to clients and founders
  • Triage and unblock issues in the acquisition engine before they impact clients

Who you are

  • An owner. You treat the company's growth targets and budget as your own, obsess over retention, and architect solutions before problems become apparent.
  • A systems thinker. You view the business as a machine, not a series of tasks. If you do it twice, you automate it.
  • A builder. Comfortable with no-code tools, APIs and complex workflows, and not scared of breaking things in pursuit of a faster way.
  • A writer. You know B2B sales is consultative value, not spam. You write copy that speaks to a CEO or founder without sounding like a bot.
  • A student. Your learning curve is vertical.
  • A growth hacker. You default to scrappy, low-cost tests over big-budget playbooks, and validate fast before scaling spend.

Your track record

To qualify, you must have evidence of:

  • Built the engine. You architected a cold outbound stack from scratch (Clay, Instantly, Smartlead) that generated quantifiable pipeline.
  • Paid media proficiency. You managed B2B ad spend on LinkedIn and Meta, with a grasp of pixel tracking, retargeting layers and audience segmentation.
  • Automation architect. You have a portfolio of Zaps or Make scenarios that automated a human out of a loop.
  • Copywriting chops. You wrote email sequences or ad copy that converted cold traffic into booked meetings.
  • Client management. You owned a book of client accounts or projects as the main point of contact.

Bonus: agency DNA. You've run your own agency or freelance roster, or you aspire to.

What's in it for you

  • Radical autonomy and impact. You'll be directly responsible for building a multi-million-dollar client portfolio. Prove the model works and you get the keys to the car.
  • Architect to orchestrator. Your goal is to fire yourself from day-to-day execution: build a system, document it, hire a team to run it, and elevate yourself. We reward people who make themselves operationally redundant.
  • The "street MBA". You'll work directly beside a founder and ex-sales leader, and learn board-level strategy, unit economics and CFO math. It's an education in building a company from $0 to $10M.
  • The agency launchpad. If you want to run your own agency one day, this is the fastest way to earn founder-level exposure to sales, delivery and P&L.

Compensation

  • Base salary: Competitive
  • Revenue share (post-probation): 2.5% of every revenue dollar you bring in and keep, paid monthly, uncapped, on all deals you influence

How to apply

We hire on ability and potential, not just history.

  • Understand PacedRevenue's current GTM motion
  • Record a short Loom (max 3 minutes) covering one specific observation about our current messaging, positioning or channel selection, and one specific idea for how you'd use data and outbound to find our next 10 customers
  • Submit your CV with the Loom link to [careers@pacedrevenue.com](mailto:careers@pacedrevenue.com)
