Who we are

PacedRevenue is the trading name of Remotir Limited. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site or book a call with us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. If you have any questions, email us at hello@pacedrevenue.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the form or book a call, we collect your work email and any details you share with us (such as your name and what you tell us about your business).

Information collected automatically. When you browse the site we collect standard usage data through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the campaign or referrer that brought you here.

The tools we use

We rely on a small set of third-party providers to run the site and our outreach:

  • Formspree, to receive and deliver form submissions.
  • Attio, our CRM, to manage enquiries and our relationship with you.
  • Cal.com, to schedule and manage calls.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to measure how the site is used.
  • Meta, LinkedIn and Reddit advertising pixels, to measure and improve our ads.
  • RB2B, to identify business visitors to the site.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange and run your call.
  • To provide and improve our services.
  • To measure and improve our marketing.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent for advertising and analytics cookies, our legitimate interests in running and growing the business, and the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract with you.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work, and analytics and advertising cookies to understand traffic and measure campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking some may affect how the site works.

Sharing and international transfers

We share data only with the providers listed above and where required by law. Some of them process data outside the UK and EEA; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the relevant standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, and for as long as the law requires, after which we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@pacedrevenue.com. If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
