About this diagnostic
What the PACED Diagnostic measures
A revenue engine is five sequential gates, and its true output is their product, not their average. The PACED Diagnostic asks fifteen questions, three per gate, and takes about ten minutes. It returns your estimated PACED Yield (the percentage of revenue potential your engine converts) and names the binding gate: the single stage costing you the most right now.
