Which kind of LinkedIn agency do you need?

The agencies on this list do five different jobs, and PacedRevenue does all five. Pick the job first, and the shortlist gets much shorter.

  1. A LinkedIn Ads specialist

Paid campaigns, with the agency's fee kept separate from the ad spend you pay LinkedIn. On this list: PacedRevenue, Kiin, Fill My Funnel, DowSocial, and One PPC, which bills by the hour.

  2. Ads and content from one team

LinkedIn ads and content, and sometimes outreach, run together by one team, so your buyers hear one message. On this list: PacedRevenue, Olivia Hudson, Winbox and ClickPop.

  3. Founder-led content

Posts written for your leaders' own profiles, in their own voice, often promoted as Thought Leader Ads. On this list: PacedRevenue and Shake Content, with content also sold by Kiin, Winbox, ClickPop and Olivia Hudson.

  4. Outreach from your own profile

Connection requests and messages sent to your buyers from your profile. On this list: PacedRevenue, and StraightIn, where it's the core product. Olivia Hudson sends them by hand, and Kiin sells outreach as an add-on.

  5. A full-service agency

LinkedIn as one specialism among several. On this list: PacedRevenue, which also runs Google, Meta, Reddit, X and ChatGPT ads, SEO, content and outreach, all judged on revenue; and Gripped, Transmission, Get-Found, Loom Digital, Priority Pixels, Connective3, Liberty Marketing and Passion Digital, which sell LinkedIn beside SEO, search ads, websites or brand work.

How the list is ranked.

Every agency was judged on the same six things, from its own website, checked on 22 October 2026. Agencies that other lists name were left out when their own site showed no UK base or no LinkedIn service.

  1. LinkedIn at the centre

LinkedIn-only, or a LinkedIn service with its own page, not a logo in a list.

  2. LinkedIn results with names

Results for named clients, with the ad spend beside them where it's published.

  3. What it reports

Meetings, pipeline and revenue from your CRM, or clicks and leads from Campaign Manager.

  4. Who runs your account

Whether you know who'll do the work before you sign.

  5. Prices in the open

Whether you can see the fee before you pick up the phone.

  6. Contract terms

Minimum terms and notice periods, as published.

The 18 best LinkedIn marketing agencies in the UK, ranked.

  1. Best overall

    PacedRevenue

Full-service B2B agency, LinkedIn specialists · United Kingdom

Why it's first: It's run by former enterprise sellers and product people, so the meetings LinkedIn books with decision-makers arrive pre-sold: the buyer already knows the problem and why you're the answer. And it's judged on revenue, not clicks or leads, so every deal is traced back to the ad and the message that won it.

    • Full-funnel LinkedIn brand and performance campaigns, your leaders' posts written in their own voice and promoted as Thought Leader Ads, and outreach to the buyers you can name, with Google, Meta, Reddit, X and ChatGPT ads where your buyers are too.
    • Built on the PACED framework: it learns from your best customers, sharpens your positioning, and carries that message into every ad.
    • Before launch, the team agrees with you who counts as a decision-maker. Then you see your cost per qualified meeting every week, from your CRM through LinkedIn's Conversions API.
    • PacedRevenue's founders work on every campaign, and nothing goes live without their sign-off. Live in five working days.

    Results, with named clients

    • My1Login, identity software: 9 CxO opportunities in its first six weeks, from LinkedIn ads shown only to partners, directors and the C-suite, with 44% of clicks from partners and directors.
    • CEO coach Pete Taylor: seven CEO meetings in three weeks, and two CEO clients signed within seven weeks of launch, at a 5.3x return in signed revenue on the ad spend that booked them.
    • PacedRevenue's own campaign, March 2026: 14 leads in five days once the strongest post was promoted, at $65 a lead. See all results.

How to choose a LinkedIn marketing agency.

  1. Agree who counts before launch.

Write down the job titles and company sizes that count as a qualified lead. Any agency you hire should agree them before it spends a pound.

  2. Ask what you'll see every week.

Meetings and pipeline from your CRM tell you far more than clicks and cost per lead from Campaign Manager.

  3. Ask who runs your account.

Get names. The people who pitch you should be the people who do the work.

  4. Ask whose account it is.

You should own the ad account, the creative, the audiences and the data, and keep them if you part ways.

  5. Ask how outreach is sent.

By hand or with an automation tool, from whose profile, and who carries the risk if LinkedIn restricts it.

  6. Read the contract.

Terms on this list run from 7 working days' notice to fixed initial terms. Know the minimum and the notice before you sign.

Your questions about hiring a LinkedIn marketing agency in the UK.

Want the team to size your buyers' audience on LinkedIn?

Who are the best LinkedIn marketing agencies in the UK?

The best LinkedIn marketing agencies in the UK are PacedRevenue, Kiin, Olivia Hudson, Winbox and ClickPop, followed by Fill My Funnel, StraightIn, DowSocial, One PPC and Shake Content. PacedRevenue ranks first for B2B companies that need LinkedIn to book meetings with decision-makers that turn into revenue.

Who are the best LinkedIn ads agencies in the UK?

For paid LinkedIn ads, the best agencies in the UK are PacedRevenue, Kiin, Olivia Hudson, Winbox, Fill My Funnel and DowSocial. Kiin and Olivia Hudson publish their management fees, Winbox and Fill My Funnel are listed in LinkedIn's Marketing Partner directory, and DowSocial specialises in Thought Leader Ads.

What's the difference between a LinkedIn marketing agency and a LinkedIn ads agency?

A LinkedIn ads agency runs paid campaigns: you pay LinkedIn to put your ads in front of the people you choose. A LinkedIn marketing agency may also write content for your leaders' profiles, run your company page or send outreach from your profile. Many agencies on this list, PacedRevenue among them, do both.

How much does a LinkedIn marketing agency cost in the UK?

Published monthly fees for LinkedIn work on this list run from £630 a month plus VAT at One PPC (seven hours) to £8,000+ a month at ClickPop. Olivia Hudson charges £800 to £5,000 a month for ads management, and Kiin $2,500 (about £1,900). Ad spend comes on top, paid to LinkedIn. PacedRevenue agrees its fee on a 30-minute call.

How much should a B2B company spend on LinkedIn ads?

PacedRevenue asks for at least £3,000 a month in LinkedIn ad spend, paid directly to LinkedIn. Below that, a B2B campaign reaches too few of the right people often enough to book meetings you can judge. Other agencies on this list suggest anything from about £600 a month (DowSocial, for SME campaigns) to at least £5,000 (Gripped).

What are LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads?

Thought Leader Ads are LinkedIn ads that promote a post from a person's own profile, such as a founder or an expert, instead of the company page. LinkedIn reports they earn up to 2.4 times the click-through rate of its other single-image ads.18 DowSocial specialises in them, Kiin includes them in every tier, and PacedRevenue runs your leaders' best posts as Thought Leader Ads.

Is LinkedIn outreach safe for my account?

LinkedIn's User Agreement bans bots and other unauthorised automated methods that add contacts or send messages.19 Outreach written and sent by a person stays inside it. Before you sign, ask any agency how its outreach is sent, and who carries the risk if LinkedIn restricts your account.

How long do LinkedIn ads take to work?

Agencies on this list that publish a timeline expect first leads within two to four weeks and a clear effect on pipeline by about month three, while Fill My Funnel expects significant improvements in months three to five. PacedRevenue campaigns usually go live within five working days, and a fair verdict on cost per qualified meeting takes 30 to 90 days.

Should we hire a LinkedIn specialist or a full-service agency?

You don't have to choose. Hire for LinkedIn skill if that's where your buyers are, and judge any agency on what it reports, not on what it runs. PacedRevenue is both: a full-service team with LinkedIn as a specialism, running ads on six platforms, content and outreach, and judging every channel on the same weekly cost per qualified meeting.
