B2B LinkedIn Ads that turn into sales conversations.

Your expertise earns the attention. We build everything between that and a booked call.

PacedRevenue's LinkedIn Ads service plans, writes, runs and measures LinkedIn advertising for B2B companies that sell to senior buyers. PacedRevenue promotes posts from the company's leaders and experts as Thought Leader Ads, then uses retargeting, lead forms, conversion-ready landing pages and same-day follow-up to book meetings. PacedRevenue connects LinkedIn's Conversions API to the CRM, tracing each deal to its ad.

LinkedIn is too expensive to spend on hope.

We got clicks and likes, and no calls.

The ads looked busy. Nobody booked, and nobody could say why.

Our leads were the wrong people.

Salespeople and job hunters filled in the forms. The people who sign never did.

Nobody knows which ad made money.

Campaign Manager says one thing and the CRM says another, so the budget gets argued about instead of moved.

We boosted our CEO's posts and stopped there.

The posts got seen, but there was no second step, so the attention went nowhere.

Minimum ad spend£3,000 a month

Paid to LinkedIn, on top of our fee. Below that, a campaign reaches too few of the right people to book meetings you can judge.

LinkedIn Ads fit if

  • Your buyers can be found by job title and company
  • One new customer pays for a lot of meetings
  • Someone on your side will put their name to posts
  • You can follow up a new lead the same day

Start somewhere else if

  • Your buyers already search for what you sell: Google Ads catches that demand at the moment of the search.
  • You need more than one channel: Pipeline Generation builds the whole source of meetings.
  • Meetings happen but deals stall: Revenue Execution fixes what comes after the meeting.

How a LinkedIn campaign becomes a meeting.

Find the people who sign.

We build the audience from job titles, seniority and company size, and check it's big enough to run before any money is spent. LinkedIn won't run an ad set under 300 members and recommends starting at 50,000 or more, so a niche that's too narrow gets caught here rather than three weeks in.

  • Buyers named by title and seniority
  • Audience size checked first
  • Customers and competitors excluded

LinkedIn sets out the minimum in its targeting help, and the 50,000 guide in its 2025 advertiser playbook. Leave its defaults on and it widens the audience for you, one of the ways platforms spend your budget for you.

Lead with your own voice.

We turn the best posts from your leaders and experts into Thought Leader Ads, so the ad reads like a person with something to say. LinkedIn's own data shows these earn up to 2.4 times the click-through rate of its other single-image ads.

  • Your leaders' posts, promoted
  • Written with you, in your words
  • Versions tested against each other

LinkedIn published the 2.4 times figure in its 2025 advertiser playbook. The posts themselves come from our thought leadership service.

Give the interested a next step.

A promoted post has no button to press, because standard single-image and video Thought Leader Ads carry no call-to-action button. So we retarget the people who engaged with a direct offer, and catch them with a pre-filled lead form or a conversion-ready landing page we build for the campaign.

  • Retargeting the people who engaged
  • Lead forms, pre-filled
  • Conversion-ready landing pages, built by us

LinkedIn's help centre explains how Thought Leader Ads work. Without a second step, you get what a failed product launch looks like: attention and no pipeline.

Call back the same day.

A lead that waits cools. Every form goes straight to a named person on your side, with who they are and what they read, so the first call happens while they still remember why they filled it in.

  • Leads sent to a named person
  • Context with every lead
  • Logged in your CRM

Count meetings, not clicks.

Campaign Manager counts clicks and form fills. We connect LinkedIn's Conversions API to your CRM, so every meeting, opportunity and deal is traced to the ad that started it, and LinkedIn learns to find more people like your buyers. Every week you see cost per qualified meeting, and the money moves to whatever produces them.

  • Conversions API connected to your CRM
  • Deals traced to the ad
  • Weekly cost per qualified meeting

LinkedIn is one channel in our B2B lead generation service, built on the idea in why more leads won't fix revenue.

We ran it on our own money first.

LinkedIn Conversions API

Most LinkedIn reporting stops at the lead. We connect LinkedIn's Conversions API to your CRM, so meetings, opportunities and closed deals flow back to Campaign Manager. You see which ad produced revenue, and LinkedIn optimises towards buyers rather than form fills.

  • Every lead matched to a CRM record
  • Meetings and deals sent back to LinkedIn
  • Cost per meeting and per deal, by campaign

Four ways to run LinkedIn Ads, each at its best.

A buyer put it plainly on a call with us: “I'm not hiring someone to just be an ads manager.” The difference between these options shows up after the click.

PacedRevenue's LinkedIn Ads service compared with a specialist LinkedIn agency, an in-house marketer and running it yourself with an AI agent

Who decides what the ads say?Senior operators, working from your leaders' posts and your best customers' words, then testing which message books meetings.Their creative team, often very good, working from their own playbook.Your marketer, who knows the product best and is learning the channel as they go.The agent, from your prompt. It writes fast, and only as well as the brief and the data it's given.
What will they report?Cost per qualified meeting and per deal, every week, from your CRM through LinkedIn's Conversions API.Often pipeline, if your CRM is set up to feed it back.Whatever there's time to pull together. What Campaign Manager returns: clicks, leads and cost per lead, unless someone wires in the CRM.

What are LinkedIn Thought Leader Ads?

Thought Leader Ads are LinkedIn ads that promote a post from a person's own profile, such as a chief executive or an expert, instead of the company page. LinkedIn reports they earn up to 2.4 times the click-through rate of its other single-image ads. Standard single-image and video versions have no call-to-action button, so they work best with retargeting and a lead form behind them.

How much should a B2B company spend on LinkedIn Ads?

PacedRevenue asks for at least £3,000 a month in LinkedIn ad spend, paid directly to LinkedIn. Below that, a B2B campaign reaches too few of the right people often enough to book meetings you can judge. Specialist LinkedIn agencies set similar floors: one puts a genuine full-funnel test at roughly $4,000 a month in ad spend.

How long do LinkedIn Ads take to generate leads?

LinkedIn Ads can produce leads within days of launch, and a fair verdict on cost per qualified meeting takes 30 to 90 days. PacedRevenue campaigns usually go live within five working days. In our own March 2026 campaign, 14 leads arrived in five days once the strongest post was promoted, at $65 a lead.

Why are our LinkedIn leads low quality?

LinkedIn leads are usually low quality because the targeting is too broad or the offer attracts the wrong people. One practitioner put it bluntly: “Leads are junk because of your targeting, not because of the use of lead gen forms or landing pages.” PacedRevenue fixes the audience and the offer first, then chooses between a form and a page.

Should we use LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms or a landing page?

Use LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms when you want more replies from a well-defined audience, and a landing page when the buyer needs more context before talking. LinkedIn reports its forms convert at 13% on average, against 4% for landing pages in an Unbounce study. Pre-filled forms raise volume, so quality has to come from the targeting. When a page fits better, PacedRevenue builds and tracks it.

Can an AI agent run our LinkedIn Ads instead?

An AI agent can write LinkedIn ads, launch campaigns and adjust bids in minutes, and PacedRevenue uses AI for that work too. What an agent can't do on its own is judge whether a lead is a buyer, or see which ads turned into revenue without your CRM connected. If you only want ads produced cheaply, an AI tool will do that for less than we would.

Find out if LinkedIn can reach your buyer.

One call is enough to tell. If your buyers aren't on LinkedIn in numbers worth paying for, we'll say so.

You bring the expertise. We'll put it in front of the people who sign.
